In an apartment or in a private house from time to time you have to do a permutation. To move or lift heavy furniture (or, for example, household appliances - a refrigerator, a washing machine, etc.), you can use a simple home-made device.
For the manufacture of this homemade product you will need a piece of a profile pipe, a bolt, a piece of angle and a metal plate. Also, the master will use a piece of strip, a hairpin and four rollers.
The first step is to weld the bolt to a section of the profile pipe. Then the weld will need to be cleaned with a grinder, and the profile itself should be cut to size.
The main stages of work
In the next step, you need to weld a piece of metal plate to a piece of corner. And in the end, the detail should be in the form of a "step".
Next, the edges of the plate will need to be cut at an angle to get a trapezoid shape. Then it is necessary to drill one hole in it. The master processes the inner edges of the hole with a dremel.
Then the resulting part must be screwed to the profile pipe, putting the plate on the welded bolt. After that, the master cuts off a piece of strip, the edges of which are bent in a vice. In this strip you also need to drill holes.
At the last stage, it remains only to install the rollers, and combine all the structural elements into a single whole. Homemade ready.
