The main stages of work
First of all, it is necessary to cut off a piece of a bolt or a round steel bar, cutting off one edge at an angle. A metal washer of a suitable size must be welded to the workpiece.
Thus, you get a kind of eccentric, which is inserted into the drill chuck. The item must first be sanded on a grinding machine or processed on an emery.
At the next stage, you need to slightly modify the chisel. In the "body" of the instrument, it will be necessary to make a slot with a grinder. A small screw with a convex cap is welded to the shank.
Further, a casing is made of two wooden bars. Inside, the master makes indentations under the chisel and clown.
Outside, the case must be treated with a grinder, giving it a rounded shape. And note that without pressure on the chisel, the tool will not work.
