The process of active participation will not take more than a couple of minutes, the rest of the time they will quietly dry in a cooling oven. Today we cook garlic crackers. But, just add another seasoning - and now you get a crispy treat with a new taste. So next time, instead of buying another bag of crackers, get a loaf of bread and make them at home. It is not only economically more profitable, but also much tastier.

Ingredients:


  • black bread 200 g
  • gray bread 200 g
  • garlic 3 tooth.
  • sunflower oil 1 tbsp
  • a pinch of salt.

The order of preparation of garlic crackers


Prepare everything you need. Bread can be taken in different types.

Peel and grate the garlic on the smallest grater or pass through a press. Mix with salt and sunflower oil. Leave to stand for at least an hour, and you can longer. So the oil will become more fragrant.

Put a small amount of garlic butter on a slice of bread.
