To boil the syrup, pour 360 g of granulated sugar with a glass of water, bring everything to a boil and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the syrup is ready, turn it off! Separately, chop or grind 140 g of orange peels in a blender, pour 0.5 l of vodka into the peel and add 4 pcs. carnations. All this must be done for 8 minutes on fire, stirring constantly! Remember, in no case should alcohol be brought to a boil, the temperature should be kept at 70 ° C. After 8 minutes. pour our syrup into the orange peels with vodka. All this must be stirred and held on fire for another half a minute. The liquor is ready for this procedure! It remains to present beautifully.
The first thing is to strain through cheesecloth and rid the drink of the peel. The second is to cool, for which all alcohol should be poured into a liter jar and refrigerated for 2-3 hours. After the set time, you will see that the drink has brightened - this was what we needed! In the end, we find a beautiful sealed container, pour our orange liquor into it and enjoy its aromatic and invigorating fruity taste. By the way, liquor on orange peels can be stored at room temperature. Unless, of course, you are ready to wait so long.
