DIY Trailer

Not only for riding with a trailer you need a skill, but also to remove it and put it on the towing device of the car. To facilitate this task, a convenient device, a trap, was invented on trucks. By analogy, you can make the same device on a passenger car.

To prevent the catcher from bending, it should be made of thick metal. For this design, you will need four steel plates, which should be well-welded together.

After mounting the catcher on the tow hitch, it will become much easier to guide it for coupling, this will save time and prevent the trailer from colliding with the car body.
