Design features of a homemade flashlight
The basis of the entire structure is an aluminum body, machined by a cutter on a turning lathe. There is also a knurled back cover. A car lens is installed inside the head part, and under it there is another lens, but already simple and smaller. A reflector is also provided and an LED is installed, the power of which is 100 watts. The lithium-polymer batteries themselves are connected in series, which allows you to get a voltage of about 36 V.
All electrics, which are located in the head of the LED flashlight, are covered with epoxy for reliability, so that you can not accidentally pull out the wires. The LED itself is fixed on the screws.
