If you often have to disassemble a large number of wooden pallets, then you can facilitate your work by making a simple fixture. It can also be adapted for disassembling wooden floors.
For this homemade product, you will need two parts cut from a metal plate, as well as two pieces of steel pipe of different lengths (one long, the other short).
First of all, the master makes a marking on a metal plate, so that later two identical parts can be cut to assemble a homemade device.
The main stages of work
After the marking is done, the master cuts both parts using a grinder with a cutting disc. And the result should be two sticks. If necessary, the parts will need to be cleaned with a grinding wheel.
At the edges of the "clubs" holes are drilled in which you need to cut the thread. Then you need to cut off two pieces of the corner and also drill through holes in them. After that, the corners are connected to the "sticks" using a bolt with a nut.
At the last stage of the work, it remains only to weld the parts from the plate to a short section of the steel pipe (on the sides). And then, in the center of the pipe, a perpendicularly long pipe is welded, which in this case acts as a handle.
