In a homemade universal nozzle, you can install a hacksaw blade on wood and metal, and use a screwdriver as an electric jigsaw. Of course, such a comparison is very arbitrary, but it will be possible to cut a wooden lath or cut a wedge from plywood with this nozzle.
Perhaps one of the obvious disadvantages of such a device is the high cost of its manufacture. That is, the materials necessary for homemade work are quite affordable, but a lathe will be needed to process them.
First of all, from the pieces of steel round timber, it is necessary to grind the main parts on the lathe for the manufacture of a universal nozzle. So that they dock with each other, with the help of a grinder, you need to make a dad-mom connection.
The main stages of work
Three shafts must be fitted on the shanks of both parts. Next, you will need a piece of metal pipe, which will act as a homemade body, and a spring. It needs to be cut to size.
At the next stage, the master places all the "components" in the case. In the center of the pipe you need to make a small slot for the "runner" made of a piece of steel rod. On the side of the case, the master welds the handle (also from pipe trimming).
Then it remains only to make an “adapter” for a hacksaw blade on a lathe, after which it is possible to experience home-made work.
