Are you planning to build a house from aerated concrete? Then you will definitely need a handy simple homemade device that will speed up the masonry process. Moreover, to make it is not difficult.
The device itself is an open box of a rectangular shape. Three sides of the box - from ordinary boards (you can also use moisture-proof plywood), and the fourth - from a metal trowel with a serrated edge (comb).
In fact, we got a carriage for the adhesive solution. The prepared solution is poured inside the box, and then it is distributed evenly over the surface of the aerated concrete blocks when moving the carriage along the row.

After filling the box with adhesive solution - just move it with your hands along the row. The carriage is made across the width of aerated concrete, and is made in such a way that it does not lead to the side.
At the next stage, with the help of a spatula with a comb, the adhesive solution is applied to the vertical surface of the already installed block. And then the master puts a new block.
A similar operation is done with all subsequent blocks. By the way, in this case, the master does not check each block by level. First, he expels a series of stones, and only then he taps the blocks with a hammer (mallet).
