The main stages of work
First of all, the master cuts off a piece of metal strip of the desired length. Then he applies the template and outlines it with a marker. After that, we drill a hole in the workpiece with a drill.
At the next stage, we process the workpiece, giving it the necessary shape. We make descents and sharpen the blade.
Further, the author makes a peg from a section of a metal bar of circular cross section. Fasten this part to the buckle with a thin pin.
Then it remains only to attach the knife sheath to the inside of the belt. Native buckle will need to be removed.
