• throw along with other garbage - agree, this is the most disgusting and ugly method;
• crush and feed the street always hungry birds - this is already a good thing;
• risk "resuscitating" the bread, using his resourcefulness.
It is the third way to save bread (in my case, loaf) that I want to offer.
So, to save the loaf, I need the loaf itself, sunflower oil, granulated sugar, literally a teaspoon and 1 egg. Oh yes, still a frying pan with a lid.
The method of "salvation":
I cut the loaf into small and not thick pieces. Beat the egg with sugar in a bowl.
I dip each piece into the egg mixture and place it on a vegetable frying pan heated and sprinkled with oil.
As soon as the bread is toasted, turn the pieces over and cover the frying pan with a lid. After a couple of minutes I open and spread on a plate pieces of loaf fried on both sides.
The bread is saved. It made a good sweetened dessert for tea.
Bon Appetit!
