Children in the house - no doubt - happiness! But when the weekend is delayed, outside the window minus 30 degrees, and there are more than two children in the apartment - chaos sets in. Children are bored of the monotony of being, and they are looking for entertainment. Often - in a good quarrel. It is at this moment that the behavior of parents should be at their best. To solve peacefully the children's state of war will help the carpet of peace. The rules are simple: both sit down and stand up only after a blissful silence and a complete truce.
Materials for work:

Dense plain fabric - 1 meter with a width of 140 cm .;
Stitch on synthetic winterizer - 1 meter with a width of 145 cm .;
Application - 2 pcs.;
Plain beige fabric - 0.5 x 0.5 m;
Plain fabric of red color - 0.4 x 0.6 m;
Sewing machine, threads, scissors.

Stages of the work:

The first stage: preparation of the basis.

Two types of fabric are taken for the base: a dense plain color (for thematic applications) and a stitch on a synthetic winterizer (so that these priests do not freeze). The front side in this master class is a bit already wrong.

From beige plain fabric we cut out two “priests”. It is on them that the brawlers will later land.

For a positive impact, we select thematic applications. Wafer bright colored fabrics are very suitable for them. We cut two plots.

In the center of the carpet we place the sun. To do this, draw a circle on a piece of red fabric.

We draw rays on its sides, inside - eyebrows, nose and mouth.

We place all the details on top of the main fabric, after indenting on the sides (for subsequent stitching with the wrong side): priests and thematic applications in different angles, the sun in the middle. Pins the parts to the base with pins.

The second stage: we sew "priests".

Sewing starts from the center (to avoid the formation of a bubble inside the “priests”). Embroider a straight line eight.

On the flip side, it looks like this.

Stitch the edges of the pop with the zigzag line, making it as dense as possible.

In order for the fabric to not crumble on the applications, we make another circle with a “zigzag” thread of a different color. The machine’s foot should move so that part of the base fabric and half of the previous zigzag line are captured.

The third stage: we sew themed applications.

In order to avoid correction of the pattern, we sew the white details of the applique with white stitches in a straight line.

On the edges of the pattern, sew two seams with a zigzag thread of different colors.

The fourth stage: the application of the "sun".

We start the firmware from the center, carefully smoothing the fabric when turning the movement of the foot. We sew eyebrows, nose, mouth with even thread in a zigzag seam.

Carefully iron the embroidery on the back (using the steaming function).

We sew the circle of the sun with threads of red color with a zigzag seam, iron it from the back.

Yellow threads embroider the rays.

We cut off the excess tissue, trying not to touch the seams on the rays.

We make the second line of black on the rays (capturing the cut edge and part of the previous line).

We revive a sunny smile with a tongue (stitching with “zagzag” with red threads).

Fifth stage: we connect the front and the wrong sides of the carpet.

After ironing all the application details, we fold the main fabric and the stitch with the sides facing inward. Stitch along the edge from three sides. We turn out. We fasten the fourth side with pins, previously bending the edges of the tissues inward.

Using a decorative line, we sew the carpet around the entire perimeter from the front side.

That's all! Such a positive solution to the conflict situation clearly will not go unnoticed by the little debaters and brawlers. It will cause interest, and, therefore, increase the chances of peace in the house.
